Frequently asked questions

What's included in the free trial?+
The free trial gives you access to every module: properties, tenants, leases, payments, finances, and maintenance. No credit card is required during the trial. The standard trial lasts 14 days; until October 31, 2026, our Early Adopters launch offer extends it to 3 months for any new account. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan or your account switches to read-only mode.
How does per-unit billing work?+
We count the number of units marked "active" in your account, and you're billed based on that number multiplied by your plan's rate. If you add or remove units, the billed quantity is adjusted automatically and immediately.
Is my data hosted in Canada?+
Yes. All data is hosted on servers in Canada. Sensitive data (income, banking information) is encrypted with pgcrypto before being stored. Gestion de portes complies with Québec's Law 25.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings > Subscription page. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
